3 tablespoons of warm melted Brookside ghee, 6 cups of wheat flour 2 eggs, 3 cups of warm water, 2 tablespoons salt.


In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, eggs and Brookside ghee until crumbly. Knead slowly as you add water little by little. Knead until smooth and not sticky at all. Cover the pastry for 1 hour. With Brookside ghee, cook your chapatis normally until done. Serve with stew or tea.
