250ml Brookside Milk, 4 teacups grated carrots, 8 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons almonds, sliced, a pinch cardamom powder, 5 tablespoons ghee, 1 table spoon arrow root.


Cook the carrots in boiling water. Mash them. Heat the ghee and add the mashed carrots and the arrow root. Fry for 2 minutes. Add sugar and cook for 3 minutes. Add the Brookside milk and cook for a few minutes, stirring continually. Sprinkle the cardamon while stirring.
