2 tablespoons Brookside Butter, one teaspoon fresh ginger root & 2 cloves garlic, minced. Tablespoon of tomato paste, Black pepper and salt. 2 pounds beef, cut into bite-sized cubes.


In a clean glass bowl, combine all marinade ingredients (except the chicken). Stir vigorously until everything is well mixed. Add the chicken to the marinade, gently stirring until the meat is covered. Leave for an hour. Place the marinated chicken on skewers. Cook over hot coals until meat is done.
