Agents

1. These group of customers have signed contractual agreement with the Company  to exclusively distribute Brookside Dairy Products
2. They cannot carry/distribute competitor dairy products

Wholesalers/Distributors

1. These group of customers sell to sub-wholesalers, Dukas, Retailers, Convenient Stores, Supermarkets, Institutions etc
2. They carry/stock competiting range of products, but very important in the value chain
