25 g of Brookside butter, 250ml of Brookside cream, 500 g of a variety of vegetables, 400g of Managu, 1 tables spoonful of flour, 1 glass of water.
Prepare the vegetables &Managu then shred or chop them fine. Melt the Brookside butter & in it sweat the vegetables till quite tender. Stir the flour into the margarine unless much juice has run from the vegetable, in which case blend the flour with cold milk. Add the liquids & stir the soup till it boils & thickens.
